step 1: download static version http://mumble.sourceforge.net/
step 2: install it
step 3: run it
step 4: go through quick start setup
step 5: click automatic certificate creation
step 6: click register http://i.imgur.com/FyzWG.png
step 7: if you were previously an admin post here and ill reenable it
abec told me to install it dont complain
ps: i can link you all the articles describing the skype like 0 lag but im not going to because theres a 40 page thread from last year where i already did that
