Helm, shoulders. There's also ways to get a lot more out of that gear I can see - you should run you stat weights in simcraft and then use them at wowreforge.com or any kind of reforging optimizer.
I missed the helm when reforging and shoulders. I'm an idiot ._.. That's fixed now.

I killed Occu'thar with a guild group just a few days ago. I have no idea why it isn't registering. I learn quickly though, or rather I did learn quickly back in the day and probably still do.

I'm not sure what you mean by raiding knowledge. If you mean the mechanics of each boss fight, I can catch up on those easily enough through wowhead/tankspot/various other sites (normal modes at least). As far as heroic modes go, I have been trying to find information about Firelands but I'm guessing most of the top end guilds don't want to give away their strats yet so not much information is there.
However, if you mean personal survivability/the ability to follow instructions on vent, I am fairly confident I can still do that.
