That's correct. While we can gear people up fairly quick, one thing we can't do is have a Tank in Blues/Greens tanking Heroic Firelands. Hit 85, gear up in T11/Trollics and come back.
Your chronic altaholism doesn't look too great either. One thing I'm not down with is gearing up someone's 17th alt so they can ditch us for some other char once they have BiS.
On top of that... I can't imagine you'd be a very good Tank with zero experience behind you.
