Also what furly said, I'm not calling anyone out, but if you died to xxxx let me know, maybe we can adjust it.
Not everyone is fucking perfect, maybe we can change your position so you have an easier place to stand, or we can adjust interrupts, or a slew of other things. There is no reason why we shouldn't adjust where we need to, sometimes fights are just easier for some and harder for others. Fire adds on Illidan for example.
