honored with therazane? why did you link a wol from the beginning of July?
I looked through all the logs from August and you only missed two raids, which is good; but you are typically in the bottom half of healing, which is not good. Your survivability is usually above 90% so I don't think you are terrible.
You don't spec into renew, yet renew was your second heal (behind prayer of mending :? ) on this heroic shannox kill 2 weeks ago.

If you haven't found a niche on this fight as holy after a month and a half, perhaps you should try discipline.
As much as I would like a replacement, I'm not sure how much you would bring to our heroic progression.
