Dallas PD denies man to rush to see dying mother in law hosp

Yeah for real, at the very least he should've been excorted to his dying relative. I do (kind of) see why the cop was on guard however when 2 of the cars occupants are elderly people and everyone is jumping out of the car in front of the hospital, I'd like to think we have cops out there who analyze the situation for what it really is. This cop was just a dick on a power trip. Obviously he was flashing what little power he had been granted by the state of texas.
