It should be nobody's job to deal with trials who aren't needed and/or unprepared to raid with us as no officer should be telling them to transfer in the first place. I will gladly deal with trials who could potentially fill a spot, but having every app transfer regardless is giving them more false hope than a Louisianan preacher. :lol:
You're saying that one person has to take up responsibility for A to Z. And if no one wants to do that...? We should, what, just never recruit?
I find it more than a little frustrating that I decided to do something for the benifit of the guild, posted my plan and my reasoning and then get berated for it two months after the fact. Does this seem logical?
