cross realm zones sounds pretty cool

As far as features go, this one is kinda nice but won't have much of an impact on most people most of the time.

The part of this that I think is actually pretty cool is not the cross realm zones. It's this part:

Q. What about zones that are already overpopulated, like new race starting zones?
With this technology, we can also flag zones to allow for more than one copy of that zone per realm. Players on that realm will be split among those copies in order to alleviate problems due to overpopulation. Players won’t normally see or interact with those on a different instance of their zone, although joining a party will relocate all party members to a single instance of that zone.

This could be really nice if they have it ready in time for MoP. Unless you can get ahead of the curve, trying to level during the first week of an expansion is next to worthless. And on a high pop server like Sargeras, it will be an absolute nightmare. If they can have multiple copies of the new zones on one server, that will make for a much more plesant experience while leveling 85-90.

Stormwind is still gonna be AIDS, but at least you won't have 98734652345 people all lined up to camp out the one named mob you have to kill.
