i cant speak to the difficulty of the raid that's out, but only 140 guilds have cleared the normal mode thus far so it looks a little bit harder than previous tiers.
outside of raiding vp gain is incredibly slow. i don't see how a casual could cap vp without doing dailies or any of the other shit they added, otherwise its like 30 heroic dungeons a week to cap vp
