I value raw HPS more than effective HPS on encounters that healers have no mana issues. Overhealing is better than finishing an encounter with mana left over if you ask me.
As for a priest spot in guild, we are trialling a priest currently and we're fairly satisfied with his performance. You're gear, app, and performance all appear great for WLPH but the priest spot is still up in the air right now.
