Elemental spec looks good, resto spec looks PvPish. Can you link me the Resto PvE spec you would use if you were forced to go resto for certain boss fights.
Gear looks acceptable. Not godly but you're hit capped. Gear looks best enchants minus weapon, which is still enchanted. As elemental, you'd probably be brought in as a benchwarmer, but we could use some more Resto in this house.
