I most definitely need to upgrade all gems. Unfortunately, I've been spending most of my time trying to organize PUGS instead of doing dailies which would allow me to get better gems and upgrade my enchants. I spent a good amount of money on leveling enchanting and haven't had time to finish it off yet. Having a scheduled raid time would help me make time for dailies and working on the minor fixes.
I was playing around with a destruction spec for a while and going back and fourth with glyphs, so the ones I have are not ideal for Aff. spec. While I'm on tonight I'll make a few changes to talents and glyphs to show you that I do understand the class well enough to raid well.
Thanks for the feedback and I look forward to hearing back from ya'll!
