Your gem choices are horrendous. This suggests to me that you have done very little research.
Your spec is a little off as well (3 points in moonglow is a complete waste. At best you would only ever need one point and that would be simply so you can reach the next talent tier. Also, you shouldn't ever need 3/3 intensity unless you run raids without replenishment or use an incorrect spell rotation).
