You'll always have a draenei so you're 1.33% over hitcap. You have horrible gem placement. You went for every socket bonus (except gloves) but you lose dps by socketing so many 9SP/8 spirit gems. Your meters aren't very impressive but hopefully it's because "Don't be expecting me to try and outdps the feral druid on XT-002 if a life spark is in the raid or if scrap bots are 5 feet from the boss." and you spellstole or you were switching to constrictors a lot.
