I'd expect any paladin I recruit at this point to have full Ulduar sets for every spec and know how to properly play each spec. If prot is your main spec, I'm puzzled by your talents, how you have less than 30k health, why you would ever socket parry over dodge, why your professions aren't max level, and how you only have one (Heroic: Take Out Those Turrets) achievement from Ulduar.
It is not in our guild's interest to reteach the fights and gear out new players with gear from the content that we've been doing for the past several months, and you are without a doubt under geared and too inexperienced for what we need at this point.
