It is actually the best dps spec available for moonkins so long as your mana regen can support it throughout the fight. I used to be the other spec until my gear allowed me to head this route.
I was at 263 hit but I did some research and my gear setup this way is actually better then when i had 263. I have conq chest but this gear setup won out over everything else atm :|.

we have done up to yogg. Shellshock was also in the guild that you just recruited if you want to ask him about me.
