Cause mocking police officers and then evading arrest is totally not the kind of thing that would get you in trouble anywhere else in the world.
This one seems totally vaild to me. You heckle a police officer anywhere in the world and he's gonna stop you. And of course he's gonna nit-pick everything he can. And if a cop ever tells you to stop and you don't, you deserve everything that comes after you.
