so.. for future reference: On job applications, and really.. applications of any sort (like to a guild): Don't list complaints with your previous boss or how stupid the last guild was. Say "They were good people, but our emphasis on progression differed." It doesn't matter whether the GM kicked you for spamming nigger, or because the GM was a dumbass, or because your opinions on progression seriously differed.

Hell, that statement works for jobs AND guilds. You're welcome.
