If I was shoveling delicious excess calories into my gullet I would. While on a restricted caloric intake Ive been lucky to have enough energy to finish my planned workouts for the day. Not even mention the 5/3/1 protocol suggests separate days for each compound lift AND I DECIDED TO FIT THEM INTO 2 DAYS O LIFTIN
