as far as i can tell, mrrobot is not a good site to use because it does not account for stat caps. (edit i am wrong here it does account for stat caps, but you should be sure you are choosing the correct preset)
all it does is assign static weights to each stat and then maximize the overall weighted sum.
1. floors and ceilings are important for different stats for different specs
2. stat weights vary depending on other stats
3. stat weights vary depending on playstyle/encounter mechanics
so, to a first approximation, mrrobot might be useful to make sure you haven't put in a +20 agi gem or have something reforged to dodge when you are in your dps gear, but i would not place too much weight (haha) on following their recommendations to the letter
