When I look at meters I take into consideration a lot of things such as a healer's focus (average number of players they are healing), effective HPS, cross healing, raw HPS, sticking to their assignment, overhealing, HPM, ratios of skills and abilities, who heals whom, absorption mechanics used, etc. and the tool I use even more than healing meters is Grim Reaper, because when somebody dies I can see if it's a healers fault or not and that's what healers do they keep people alive, just some are much better than others at doing it which is usually apparent from healing meters and statistics.
