My thoughts and I agree with everything Styxix has said are this;
1. Season five starts on Tuesday, many players who have been on waitlist and even raiding might be PvP specced and glyphed and not want to raid like the past several weeks, so we may see a decrease in numbers of raiders
2. Holidays season and Christmas break may also hurt attendance and raiders who are usually sitting may need to fill the spot of vacationing consistent raiders
3. Naxxramas is already laggy as hell and adding more raids to it, especially early in the raid week, would cause more lag
4. The groups will become the geared and good group that tries to do achievements and the less geared and alts group distinguishing players for Ulduar
5. Many alts are in the 70s right now and would be available in a couple weeks to raid with a second group, also many new players who are 80 and want to raid still haven't cleared naxx on the 10 man
I think it's a great ideal to do two 25 man raid groups every week however I think the 10 mans are keeping people occupied for the time being and if we still have the excessive amount of players sitting and wanting to raid after Christmas this will be an easy solution.
Some things that must happen for it to work are that officers need to set up balanced and specific groups splitting the geared players evenly, there needs to be a clear leader and DKP officer in each raid group, they need to run on different raid days, and they need to be consistent and reliable.
TLDR: Wait for season 5 to start, more alts to hit 80, and ppl to clear the 10 man naxx first then we have to figure out some way to evenly split players, officers, DKP, and leaders to run the two 25 mans if we still have an excessive number of capable players wanting to raid
