Who said I'm sitting around doing nothing? I'm still playing the game. It's not like I've thrown my hands up and quit playing because my oranges weren't shiny enough. I even stuck with Monk and am balls deep in Hell A4 right now.

Bitching about bitching always makes me laugh a little on the inside. And you're still confusing a reasonable discussion with unreasonable whining. Just like my queries into melee class viability at higher levels, a discussion about game concerns is a perfectly reasonable thing to have. Are you some fanboy that thinks we're only allowed to say good things about Blizz games? Or are you some sort of wimp that just takes whatever crap is thrown at you and happily munches it down even if you think it tastes terrible? If a person has a problem with something, they should say so. I'm disappointed that there's not the proliferation of sets in D3 that there were in D2. Is it okay for me to say that, Lawler, or are you gonna get mad?

I do not have a problem with valid complaints, but you havent had a real one yet. O no melee might not be the end to be all class to roll for pve content, o no low level legendaries are worthless, o no I never really played diablo 2 and yet make incorrect comparisons between the two games.

I understand that this is just an outlet of conversation between guildies and that you are entitled to discuss anything you wish without harassment from me.

The first time I encounterd those, I thought it was just Protection or whatever that gives them a Pally Bubble. I was pissed because it looked like they all popped it at the same time and it wasn't going away.

Also, Lawler, you were like 10 when D2 came out. I was twenty something and played the hell out of that game for about three years straight and still circle back around to it once a year or so.

Anyways, D3 is a great game. Still enjoying it. The only real issue I've been unhappy with was (is!) the launch issues. Very dirty.

I would stake anything that I A.)played more d2, and B.)was better at it than you.

In d2 I would say about 7/10 uniques were useless past level 70, then the earliest level you could complete any decent build was around 82-87. On top of that in most slots a runeword or rare would beat out even a perfect unique.

But even then in d2 if you wanted to pvm you didnt need legendaries, hell you didnt even need a brain but I can see where the comparisons you draw upon come from.

Just did the Skeleton King on Inferno. So far, it's frustrating at times, but not too terrible. I think if they toned down the elites just a little (or maybe just prevented some of the really awful ability combinations), it'd be fine. I'm skipping roughly one in three elites atm.

Tried a few public games thinking it would be easier, but it actually turned out to be harder - though that could just be due to lack of coordination and the idiocy of the general public. Much much easier to get one shot though. Gonna stick with solo, I think.
