Less people would care if we killed LK HM or not. I mean, my first time back in 3 months and the first question asked in raid chat about HMLK is if there was gonna be mount priority or not.

No one made you. And when it becomes 310%, it will actually see use. I think it's pretty cool looking. But 280% is FTL.

The LK mount, on the other hand doesn't impress me. I'd take it and use it for awhile as a status symbol, but I think it's pretty meh overall. But if that mount is a driving factor behind someone showing up for progression raids (I honestly doubt this is the case for anyone, but w/e you say), then it's a good thing in my book.

Only incentive for defeating raid encounters should be the ability (attunement, gear, respect, etc.) to reach the next tier of raid encounters.

Unfortunately part of Bobby 'the rapist' Kotick's business model is to minimize content to maximize profit, so Blizzard needed to find simpler incentive; copying a mount model that has sold to millions of users for $25 and granting it as a raid reward is a lot easier than creating another raid instance to grant access to.

Seems like a stretch to say that that mount rewards prohibit new content. I've always seen as a bonus, not in lieu of something else.

I don't see how WoW would be a better place without Invincible. I don't see how it would be that much worse either, to be honest. It seems like a very small thing to be pinning such a large issue as content release schedules on.
