Mumble is superior to Ventrilo.

The sound quality I've heard so far has been terrible.

who is running the server? isn't there a slider that goes something like

less bandwidth used |-----*----------------------------------------------------------| higher voice quality

And it annoys me to no end that there is no queue up sound when I open and close my mic (anyone know if there's a way to fix this?).
