Requires 30 points in Protection Talents
A passive ability that allows 10% of your hit point regeneration from Spirit to work while in combat.

Obvious gay class.

i think in the beta they wanted to implement health regen like in warcraft 3 but changed there minds for some reason

They had to placate the hardcore WC3 players with Health per 5 gear instead.

Or, you know, they knew how gay the class would turn out to be and wanted to give an early warning.
