It has nothing to do with my screen resolution. The reason it looks like the UI was made for an eighty year old with vision problems is because of the UI Scale in the video settings. Sometimes it resets and I don't bother changing it back because it doesn't bother me. I've had no problems with seeing what I'm doing, so it is not on my list of things to change.
