You can reforge the crit on your weapon/gloves to meet the hit cap. You're slightly behind on gear and experiance for the progression we're pushing at the moment. Having said that his damage is respectable for his gear. Not perfect, but decent enough for me to say give him a trial.

We need to change this question. All it does is say "answer yes" even if you miss half of wednesday, every other sunday, and leave early from raids on a general basis. Yet I think it's one of the most important answers.. attendance is by far our biggest problem. So.. can we reword to ask about "how often do you miss raids? Do you generally take off for finals, get caught in family things a couple times a month, can you make 95% of raids.. etc. No need to be harsh about it.. but it's nice to know. Instead of "i can make your raid times" and then we trial someone only to find "HEY GUIZ IM GOING TO EAT LASAGNA BE BACK SOON. *2 hours later* Y U KICK ME?!" I don't mind ppl taking off for w/e.. but it seems to happen to often. At this point we really need reliable raiders. Starting to fill up the guild so that at some points, we're benching ppl... at others, we can't find a single person to fill the last 3 slots of raid (after inviting 3 friends rank). I would much rather invite people who can make 95% of raids and actually be on time.
