1. Your age, gender, and time played: 21, male, 2006
2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY (your main should be able to respec and play any spec on the fly):
I only have warlock at 85 right now. Rogue is currently at 81. I can play any spec, but I have the most experience playing Affliction and Destruction.

4. WOL, WMO, WWS, etc. links and/or other clear indication of your performance in a raid:
I haven't logged anything recently but I have done a few BH runs with the guild. I know how to not stand in fire.
5. A history of your previous guild(s)/server(s), their progression, your rank and responsibilities in the guild, and reason(s) for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
Nerve (Chromaggus) - MH/BT Cleared Top 50 World. There was a lack of good players on Chromaggus half way into TBC. As a result, our GM Popsicles decided that it wasn't feasible to continue trying to recruit subpar players anymore. TL;DR, they died.
Last Stand (Misha) - 1/5 MH 0/9(?) BT - Yes, I know it's odd that I chose to join a guild that was behind me in progression. After Nerve, I was tired of all the recruitment issues of high end raiding. I decided to "take a break" from raiding and move to a server which was behind in progression to relax. Unfortunately, the recruitment issues of high end guilds also affected casual raiders. They died as well.
Team Deathwish (Eldre'thalas) - MH/BT Cleared 2/6 SWP. I followed some of my friends from Last Stand to Eldre'thalas. Right before Last Stand fell apart, we (my friends and myself) talked to Diafimo, the GM of Team Deathwish. Apparently, they were having recruitment troubles of their own. We decided to join them to continue raiding. I suppose since they were falling apart already, it was only a matter of time before TDW also died. After this, I took a hiatus from raiding altogether and played mostly on WotLK beta. It was also at this point I switched back to playing Alliance.
Decerto (Misha) - Uld25 GotUR, ToGC Cleared, ICC Cleared, HICC Saurfang. There were internal issues between officers and specific raiders. I will admit I was part of these internal issues, although it was not by choice. Essentially, there were quite a number of raiders who didn't care about performance or even focusing during raid times. Due to this, we weren't able to kill a lot of bosses which should have been easy kills. In the end, officers picked favored raiders and formed their own 10 man groups to go after HICC achievements and kills. The result was creating an even larger division between people in the guild. Eventually a number of people said enough was enough and outright quit raiding/the guild.
Limited Edition (Draka) - HICC All except Sindragosa and Putricide (They went on to clear the instance after I left). I left the guild due to personal reasons. I left on good terms with the GM (I think >.>). Their MT has asked me numerous times to join again so I don't think there are any hard feelings towards my leaving.
You can ask Krynnyth about me. I hear she has breasts. It should also be noted that I did clear Naxx40 and AQ40 with Nerve. However, those clears were done on a character which is no longer available to me. Since I can't prove I did those instances pre nerf, I figured it was moot mentioning them.
6. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday through Thursday, during progression we will raid Sunday and Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
I should be able to make Tuesday through Thursday. I am currently in university though and education does take priority. As of now, there are no immediate scheduling conflicts. If I do need to miss raid, it will most likely be due to study times or work times. Those would probably only occur during midterm/final season though.
7. Post a screen shot of your UI and/or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding?

8. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I've just returned from the longest hiatus from WoW I ever took. I want to try returning to raiding but I'm very unsure of the time I will have after the school year starts. I'm taking 6 classes + 6 labs each semester so I'm essentially stuck in university until 45 minutes before raid time. I know Krynn in this guild and I want to make an attempt to return to raiding in a guild where I will have a place even if I discover that my course load is too much. Moreover, I haven't raided in a long time (much less in Cataclysm). I don't want to pay for a server transfer and/or faction change only to find out I'm not what they're looking for. I am fairly sure that I'm not terrible. However even a little bit of doubt is enough to dissuade me from applying elsewhere.
Plus, I'm sure this guild is kick ass etc =p
