I seriously don't understand that show, I tried to watch the season premier and subsequent episodes and it just seems boring.

It's really interesting. If you're looking for a lot of action and war scenes, this isn't it, its more about the politics of the wars

Sounds like a lot of work for a TV show. I've downloaded the first season, but not watched it yet. I read the books about 10 years ago (through, I think, the third one). Hopefully it's not too bad.

Hopefully it's not too bad.Well the sheer scope of the content would take forever to lay out so it assumes the viewer is already aware of what is occurring. The show focuses on intricate details of characters and their relationships rather than explaining who everybody is and what is going on. It is a lot of work for a TV show, but I believe it is entirely worth it for a show with such an unrivaled scope. |
