lawlerbation Wrote:U mad alyse? This game is trivialized before Inferno and quite a few of you are having a hard time. Melee is not broken before inferno, and inferno scaling and implementation of difficulty are what is broken in inferno. I look forward to seeing all of you once the d3 pvp is released, hope we can play together. This is what I've been discussing all along. What I've been asking about for the past six pages is where, why and how much trouble I'm going to run into with this class. Like I said before... I don't think it's unreasonable for me to discuss the potential failings of a class I'm about to invest 100+ hours in.
Even if the point in time where it gets stupid is Inferno like you say and not the slightly earlier Mid Hell that people like Myndore say… Missing out on an entire tier of difficulty is still a pretty serious downside that warrants consideration. Don't you think?
Anyway, no I'm not mad. This is a much more useful response than your previous “l2p”. Getting a feel for the progression end point for the Monk was the whole point of my questions. I like the class enough to stick with it even if Inferno isn’t in the picture. I’ll go as far as I can with it then decide what I want to do from there.
