you want real criticism? specialize your training and stop being a cunt. You have here 35lb goblet squats with farmer carries for reps. This is leg stamina, moderate cardio, and grip training. Could you do this better in a single 10min segment? Yes. Is this a movement that can be modified to become either easier or harder? Yes.
In summary of physical use, this is a decent group of movements that would be better utilized in a longer routine and would only be applicable as a method of physical activity if one lacked sufficient time for longer routines or lacked sufficient musculature to continue activity past the 10min mark. This is basic simple routine and should be displayed in a better format. Preferably with distance, reps and names of the individual motions involved. Also you dont even need kettlebells for this movement, dumbbells could be replaced quite easily.
The comparison to crossfit in your last post is interesting because their bland one routine fits all needs type of programing is fairly similar to your "supposed" workout ideals(as portrayed in your few posts).
