We are really starting to buckle down on new recruits who aren't up to snuff. We need people who excel at their class, do not fuck up, listen to instructions, etc. Before you spend the money transferring, think long and hard about whether or not you would fit the bill. You need to understand that if the trial doesn't go well, or you don't perform up to our standards, you would likely be removed from the guild. As long as you understand and are accepting of that, I would say its probably safe to go ahead with your transfer.
