I am 27 years old. I am Male. I have a total of 56 days, and 33 days at level 80.

I have a Ret Paly-Regullater, and on my warrior i am dual speced for prot with mostly 219 gear and 30k hp unbuffed. I did just get the Conq. chest for my tank set though, so that will add to my over all stats.

You can got to http:/catalyst-scilla.guildomatic.com there are a few screen shots of boss's in Ulduar we have downed. There are a number of boss's that are not posted, because guild would not post unless it was full guild run, and that almost never happened.

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:

Mimiron for what ever reason proved to be the hardest fight i have participated in. Not for me personaly but for the people in the guild. I happen to think it was a very easy fight, but for what ever reason people could not move there ass's out of laser borage and the red target zone for missles. I have spent upwards of 300 gold in repairs due to fail healers and tanks on that fight. That is what happens when you run with fail people i guess.

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:

Epiphany- there was just to much playing around and not enough seriousness when it came raid time. I love to kid around,talk shit and crack jokes with the best of them, but when it is raid time it is serious time.

Catalyst-Horibad players with more then enough gear to get the job done just to dumb to figure out how to do it. Overall lack of progression. I want nothing more then to progress. I always strive to be the best at what i do, and in this game that requires me to run with the best.

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):

I can make it.

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:

I am at the top because i strive to be at the top. My natural competativness takes over and drives me to be the best at everything i do. In game and life both. I love to proudly show the meters when I am at the top of them when I am not i dont ever want to show them. As for pulling aggro equals death if I die I fail, and failing is not something I like to do.

I have a hotkey for everything i do.

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?

From the people in guild i know yall seem like a pretty fun loving guild that can still get down to business and get shit done.

Your gear level and experience isn't quite what we need. We want someone who would be ready to jump right into hardmodes. You need to get expertise capped, you have way too much hit, and you don't have Sons of Hodir shoulder enchant.

Why are you main handing Edge of Ruin?

Why do you have Unbridled Wrath and Imp Cleave?

Why are you not using glyph of heroic strike?

I have dual iron souls i was just experimenting with that axe. sons of hodir gives what 22 to crit is the only diff. 22 crit does'nt make a bit of fucking difference in my dps. I pull 5k in ulduar. The pants I have on are what bring my expertise down. I have T7.5's that bring my exp. up to 20 still not capped i know but i can get enchants to help it out. My gear is not lacking that bad. I would be in full conq but my previous guilds have held me back. Like I said i have been topping the meters at 5k plus in Uld. Now im sure that is not better then your best, but if 5k doesnt hack it i dont know what does.

Well congatulations on having the most amazing tanks in the game they should get medals or trophys or something. Its not I wont got farm for the enchant I have'nt had time, been more on a mission for gear.

My question as to why you were main handing edge of ruin was because iron soul has more top end and dps, why would you main hand a weapon with less of those? Your gear actually is lacking, that bad. The attitude you have for attaining the best gear and enchants possible isn't the kind of one required to be in a serious raiding guild.

You do realize that 7.5 legs are the best itemized legs that you can get (pre 3.2 content) for reaching expertise cap, especially if you can't get access to the hardmode legs, right? Leg slot also happens to be the best candidate for an offset piece (ruination or cunning deception). Are you telling me that 67 haste rating is more important than expertise cap?

You bought the badge hit neck when you clearly don't need the hit, not to mention the agi/arp one is better. You gem for crit, ap/stam gems? You didn't answer my question reguarding your subpar choice in talents/glyphs and you don't have professions leveled high enough to benefit from. We're going to pass.

As for my choice of talents and glyphs. I use what i use due to the amount of trash that needs to be cleared in Ulduar. That always contains multiple targets. I have better gear for the my slots. Like the knecklace i have might of livathion, and the heroic key for the Maly neck, but havnt got the chance to run Maly yet. My profs. I just reset at the beggining of the week, because i have a maxed BS, and i have a Maxed alchemist so this will be my farming toon.

you shouldn't spec/glyph for trash. also unless armory is lying ironsoul has 40ish more dmg than your mainhand

I don't know why you're jumping down breno's throat with this attitude. First off he's only telling you what any guild of our caliber is going to do. You should be thankful that he's being polite in doing so where most guilds would rip you a fucking new one with the poor ass attitude that you displayed in return.

Gearing for trash is not acceptable
Edge of runed has 36 less top end and has less average damage than your offhand.
I've geared 5 alts with Exalted sons of Hodir. It takes 1000G to go from the point from where you do all the quests to open the dailies to Exalted. There is no excuse for that, and bitching that you've been more worried about gear than piddly enchants is not the way raiding works. If i had that attitude I would not have been defense capped in my Sunwell gear tanking Naxxramas 25.
I dont know why you're gemming crit, at least you bought epic gems.

Raiding is about making what you have work the best for you on any boss situation. Claiming gear is holding you back when you dont know what to do with the current gear you have is stupid. Pulling 5k dps on Normal Deconstructor is nothing incredible at all and most of our melee can do 9 and flirt with 10k dps when we do it on normal mode.

You came at me with the attitude of your current guild sucks and you're tired of pulling your weight and you wanted something better. Now that you've seen what it takes to be a better player in a better guild, maybe you'll readjust your thought process in end game content. The majority of our players dont spend 50 hours in the game a week, hell some spend less than 20 hours so its not like this shits ground breaking or raping your time. All the excuses you have listed as to why your gems, enchants, talent, gear aren't used to their best just steers us away from you.
