For the application itself, please answer the following ten questions as thoroughly as you can.
1. Your age, gender, and time played:
21 / Female / 183 days
2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY (your main should be able to respec and play any spec on the fly):
I have an offspec shadow set, that isn't perfect but I can pull 3k DPS in it easily =). I also have a Mage which was my original character which is BiS pre Ulduar and I understand my priest and mage very well. I can be pretty much any spec you need me to be =)

4. Any WWS or WMO links or other clear indication of your performance in a raid (recommended):
5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?: The most difficult boss encounter I have defeated thus far would be Freya 3 Tree. The only reason being, it is simple just because it is the original fight but a slight mistake causes a wipe. For example if a melee doesn't get an interrupt off or a tank doesn't taunt the lashers out in time or AoE too much on the Lashers its an instant wipe. THis made it challenging because I had no control over it except heal and healing 25 people who are idiots can't move is kinda tought =) We finally got it with the A team however, and it was much easier. Fights with a large amount of coordination seem to be the most challenging, however I adapt to hard modes quickly!
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
Khadgar ---- I used to be Horde and was in Remnant, I left because they couldn't fill raids and when they did, I was WL'd cause I wasn't a raider. I was in the guild for 1 month and didn't earn raider even though I showed to all raids.
Khadgar ---- I want to leave Epic Weapons Vendor because I am always WL'd for an officer who is terrible and it has been proven that I am better but, since he is an officer he always gets in. I just want to be in a guild where people have fun but look at skill not ranking so much, because skill decides if you can down the boss or not period.
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying): I can make these raid times. (I live EST )
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are: I love looking at the absorption meters of WoL to see how badly I am defeating every other healer. I play to win and it gives me pride seeing I am on top. ( Just the way I like it xD ) I always give 110%
9. Post a screen shot of your UI (Thumbnail Please) or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER? Photobucket isn't working and I don't know why but, I use Bartender, Healbot, and DBM and Absorb Recount.
10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there? I want to be in a guild that strives to be the best and has fun doing it. My mage used to be on Nath and I remember you guys. You were pretty awesome BC =) and I'd love to be apart of it. Server first and amazing gear is always great to have =D. (With a cool 310 mount on the side )
