there is a network issue in denver currently. our network admin is working to
resolve the issue. we have no ETA for when this will be resolved but your
servers should come back online once the issue has been fixed. for the time
being we ask that customers not open tickets asking about the cause as all
tickets are being handled by chicago. more information will be available later
once the issue has been resolved.
