5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
From the perspective of a mage there is no one fight in the game I have done that stands out as being signnificantly harder than any others. From the perspective of a raid Vashj or Kael'thas back in BC. Both required a level of coordination and communication in the raid above and beyond any other encounter I've seen since. Awesome fights.
Freya hard mode and Firefighter are probably the two hardest fights I've seen of this expansion.
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
On Ravenholdt:
<Uthers Hand>: was guild leader and one of the raid leaders throughout BC. Guild stopped raiding one month into Wrath in short due to T7 being unchallening and boring.
<Synergy>: After taking a break from the game I came back and joined this guild to progress through Ulduar. After about a month this guild folded in short due personal reasons of it's leadership.
<Clan Battlehammer>: A lolraiding guild I joined after taking a long break once <Synergy> broke up, that was full of fun people but lacking any real organization required to succeed in PvE. It was the only option on the once good but now dead in terms of PvE server I was on. I left to join <Eden> on Scilla.
On Scilla:
<Eden>: Still in it, guild has stopped raiding progressively however.
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday through Thursday, during progression we will raid Sunday and Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
Your raid times are perfect.
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
There's really only one type of player that has what it takes to succeed at the highest levels of PvE or PvP in this game, and that's a team player with knowledge, experience, abilty, and dedication. Any guild that is going to be consistently downing the hardest fights in the game is going to have a full roster of those players. I'm very competitive with myself and others if I'm DPSing and I don't like seeing anyone die ever when I'm healing.

I have two mice I click simultaneously for greater casting effectiveness and keyboard turn, is that a problem? >.>
10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I'm looking to join a progression minded guild in need of a mage that intends to clear ICC 10 and 25 on heroic mode while also knowing how to have fun. Judging by your website you have a sense of humor I appreciate. I've also run a couple pugs with some in your guild on my priest which were good experiences. WharLootz looks like a good time.
