1. Your age, gender, and time played:
24, Male, Between all my characters combined I'd say its in terms of years but for this character its 54 days the last time I looked at it this character used to be an alt till I started playing it more.
2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY (your main should be able to respec and play any spec on the fly):
Can play Tank or Feral dps. I have a warrior that plays fury and is just about as geared as my druid. He tanks too but the gear is a bit out dated since I started tanking on the druid.
3. Armory link use this code only for your main since this code may be used just once per page!
[recruit loc="us,Scilla"]Sashe[/recruit]
4. WOL, WMO, WWS, etc. links and/or other clear indication of your performance in a raid:

This parse is a bit old its from Miia's raid on saturday a couple of weeks back. We did a few hard modes and killed the lich king. I dps'd for about half of the fights.
5. A history of your previous guild(s)/server(s), their progression, your rank and responsibilities in the guild, and reason(s) for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
Reckoning Scilla, 11/12 ICC, Was a raider on my warrior just had to show up to raids, The guild didn't want to kill the lich king and our comp started to get worse every week as people figured this out and either quit raiding or left the guild.
Promethiron Scilla, 10/12 ICC, Was a raider on my warrior again just had to show up to raids, People quit showing up for progression nights and eventually they quit showing up at all. The guild didn't want to pug anyone so if we were short we couldn't run ICC we went from raiding 4 nights a week down to 2 down to not even raiding anymore.
6. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday through Thursday, during progression we will raid Sunday and Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
So long as I'm unemployed meeting these times aren't a problem since I don't have anything else to do. I've been trying to get a job so I started to raid more casually but since I still haven't got a job I'm willing to go back to 4/5 days a week raiding.

It is required you bring full consumables to every raid; that includes food buffs, two elixirs or flasks, and enough pots for the entire night, and of course fully repaired and ready to go when invites are out.
It is required you use the best gems and get the best enchants on your gear; endgame raiders should not have any cheap gems, cheap or no enchants, and/or incorrect stats for your class. In addition you must have two raiding professions levelled high enough for their level 80 benefits, such as 47 sp, 60 stam, 80 ap, etc.
You also must have a decent computer, decent Internet connection, and not have any lag/FPS issues. We also use Ventrilo during raids and speak English, it is necessary that you use Vent and a microphone, and be able to effectively communicate during raids.
Not a problem although most of the things that give guilds problems now (defile/coordination) aren't about using consumables anymore. I've been pretty lazy with using flasks/pots myself since the buff is up to 25% now which is just funny (last week we only had 12 people bit on Lana'thel and we still made the enrage timer, on heroic).
7. Post a screen shot of your UI and/or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding?
Deadly Boss Mods, Domino's, HitsMod, Mik's Scrolling Battle Text, Omen3, RaidBuffStatus, Recount, X-Perl
I'll take a picture of my druid tanking next raid I'm in, I have a few pictures of my warrior tanking but there really old and there not my druid.
8. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I've had a chance to run with you guys a lot through Miia's pugs on Saturday. About half the raid is filled with people from your guild and it really gives me a chance to see what your guild is like. The thing I like the most is that you don't give up and your not afraid of progression. In the 3 hours that I ran with Miia each week we got more done than 6 hours of raiding with the guild. We wiped a lot on the lich king but we kept getting better and every week we kept fighting him and by not giving up we eventually killed him. It took the pug about a month to kill the lich king and in our guild we tried the lich king for 2 weeks and we haven't been back since.
