My computer doesn;t seem to be starting up. I dont even make it to windows booting up, it just sits at the screen where it says I can press DEL to enter setup or tab to view bios info, but pressing tab or del dont actually do anything. I think it might be a problem with the hard drive or the motherboard, but I dont really know much about computers so I figured I'd see if you guys have any idea whats going on.

theres a small red button(sometimes comes in one fashion or another) on your motherboard, press it and it should reset your bios see if that works

You didn't specify what changes resulted in this issue however my guess would be faulty RAM slots or RAM possibly due to an over voltage.

Posting specs would help. If its hanging at post theres probably post codes to be found either by blinking leds or a 7-segment display on the motherboard. Knowing what kind of motherboard you have would determine what those post codes mean and what your problem is.
It isn't from mouse drivers as you aren't even making it to windows.
Voltage on RAM doesn't magically change either (unless you're retarded like lawler and use overclocking suites in windows). If its the RAM, then a module went bad. You can always try re-seating them though.
