No need/room for 2 disc and a franken, but it could be viable (not sure about a 60% bubble) to cover the group and a half that is missed by the dpriest.
I like this better http://www.wowhead.com/talent#bVcbuhh0oZsEzcbMqi0hcuV
Physical damage causes push-back so there's no need for 2 points of healing focus (get desperate prayer for self infest clean-up). Empowered Healing is good, but what's 20% on flash heal when you already get 30% from icc buff. Empowered renew and surge of light seem like a better option (free instant flashes from instant renew proc'd surge of light probably makes up for the 20% lost). Anybody know if glyph of holy nova (20%) and icc buff make holy nova useful in phase 2 when everybody is stacked?
rawr tells me it's more like 85% bubble than 60% bubble (loss of borrowed time is somewhat made up for by holy's higher sp).
i agree about desperate prayers vs healing focus.
i disagree about surge of light. it's a throughput loss since it doesn't crit while still taking up a gcd.
i'm ambivalent about empowered renew. it's a great renew talent, and renew is a good spell for aura fights, but p1 and p2 aren't aura fights (ok the transition phase is, but no one cares about that). more importantly, 5/5 eh may be useful when infest gets a few ticks in and you need big heals to make up for it. if we get to p3 though, the renew talents might be a good idea then (not speaking from experience, haven't been to p3 in 10 or 25).
(now that i'm ripping on renew and you're reminding me of the lack of pushback, it might even be worthwhile to get 5/5 divine fury so that gheal is worth using with serendipity stacks up. maybe. http://www.wowhead.com/talent#bVcbuhh0oZ...ezV:0bdMzV. actually now that i imagine it some more, i'm not so sure it's a good idea. fh already hits for 10k (with 5/5 eh), and gh will hit for 20k.)
holy nova is group only and thus not useful, glyph or no glyph.

It sounds like your problems with infest are in p2 and possibly the transitions into phases. Holy Nova is godtier in frostmourne room. You shouldnt really need a fancy spec for this, 2 discs bubble the raid and your shaman is gonna be the one that needs to cover whoever still takes infest. You should be stacked up for the most part and it shouldnt be an issue. Id suggest saving aura masteries for when a priest gets picked up, idk if you are doing that already.
Also, regarding P3, outside frostmourne, if you do it right 2 people are taking damage.

anecdotally (and i may have a very selective memory), if we have 2 paladins and 2 disc priests and we wipe in phase 1 or transition it's probably not due to infest but because of tank gib or a dropped plague leading to a tank gib. but then when phase 2 starts it's either a quick wipe or a slow wipe. bubble coverage becomes poor because there's lots of running around and people may be out of range. or any healer gets picked up and then there's an issue with not enough bubbles, not enough tank heals, or not enough infest heals. or someone drops a defile (usually the second one) in a poor spot. or people slowly get chucked off the edge.

tank heals = tank pops cooldown
infest heals = aura master, healthstone, iceblock
defile = people reacting too slow
Its not rocket science and it reminds me a lot of 1 keeper yogg. Hate to say it but a good 10 -15 players have absolutely no idea how to play their class to its fullest, they've rolled so many alts and watered down their specific class knowledge that they rely on damage output versus skill. We had to split hairs to get people to instant bop or ice block on yogg 1 keeper, that fight is just like in lich king in certain ways. You're always going to be a in a bad spot, stop saving cooldowns, if shadow ward isnt on your bar you're an idiot. If you dont have healthstone hotkey to something you're not paying attention, and if you cant figure out defile is soon then you've already dropped it in the wrong spot.
