i don't understand all this talk about "so and so are never here". they are around at raid invite time, don't get an invite, say that they'll be around afk/on alts/whatever, and then the day after you guys complain that they're never here like you don't read guild chat when people type stuff. (actually, given the nature of the wlph guild chat, it's probably true that most people don't read it)
