I think you're asking too much and giving too little.

24 flasks is ~2.5k gold (mats will be slightly less). My limited experience with fish prices puts the cost of 600 fish at about ~3k (assuming a per fish cost of 5g, though I'm actually pretty sure the cost is more like 12g for the fish we need). That's a lot of gold for what works out to be less than a night's worth of raiding (3.5 hours of raiding gets you 105 DKP).

Time spendings aren't very tempting either. Farming up 16 stacks of herbs and 160 Life would take at least 4.5 hours (mostly it'd be the Life). Fishing up 600 fish is just slightly less. Assuming you can get 3 fish per minute (since you're looking for specific fish, it means pool hopping), it works out to 3 1/3 hours worth of work.

For those with Fishing and Herbalism, it's actually worse anyway, since you're giving away the proceeds. So, you're actually wasting the time you'd spend gathering AND the gold you would have gotten. Essentially paying twice (once in time and once in gold). You're better off just buying the shit.


TLDR:
Even at a modest 2k gold to get what you need, you're still spending 20 gold per DKP point. I have so many herbs that I had to make a SECOND bank alt for just Herbs and Ore... and I'd rather just continue to bring my own flasks and food than take this offer.

I went steep on requirements because I can always lower them later and I do know some people have a stockpile of gold and mats and they'd probably pay 10000g for just 100 DKP, maybe after the bourgeoisies donate I can lower the requirements, depends how many people are donating.

DKP can rarely be purchased and when it can it will be pricey; this donation drive is more of an announcement with an extra incentive than a means to earn DKP. Everybody should donate shit for cauldrons as it'd save us all gold in the long run, and those who require an immediate reward for doing so can have their 100 DKP bonus now.
