Crusader strike is more mana than holy shock. No reason to dump 8k mana on 3 holy power from crusader strike for a 15k wog when you can get 15k from a holy shock while barely using 2k mana.

It is a debated point among paladins about how it effects your overall hps, but in practice, especially at times you need to move and shock is on cd, using Crusdader Strike to generate holy power is highly beneficial. Fights like Nef are a great example of times where you would use it. I'm not saying you crusader strike off cooldown instead of casting heals, but it does have it's benefits. The mana cost is lessened by the fact that it, and your melee swing, can proc your seal.

nef isn't a mobile fight for healers- especially paladins who do not follow add tank in last phase...

the only time i can justify crusader strike is if I'm on Nezir's platform with only a tank, and both of us are topped off
