4. WOL, WMO, WWS, etc. links and/or other clear indication of your performance in a raid: I don't have a parse of any raids because I haven't raided in about a month and a half.

A history of your previous guild(s)/server(s), their progression, your rank and responsibilities in the guild, and reason(s) for leaving, also include any references we may contact: Corpologists (I want to xfer to play with Spencer, aka Under) - 12/12 regular and 3/12 HM, trial raider and just another dps to fill a spot; Deadly Intent (guild stopped raiding due to a few people being a major hold back for the rest of us) - 10/12 regular in Cataclysm, 11/12 HM ICC - WotLK, I was a core raider and fulfilled dps and tank spots in both 10 and 25 mans; WotLK: Vengeful / Twisted (guild broke apart due to a few core players leaving to join further progressed guilds) - officer / raid leader, led raids and played as dps; Semblance (guild split apart as people stopped playing) - core raider / officer, helped lead raids, played as dps; TBC: Aequitas et Veritas (i missed a week of raiding to focus on finals and came back to a dead guild), fill in dps (played my druid); Semblance (guild split apart as people stopped playing), played as dps and tank and healer (all based on what was needed); Classic: Agnitio (quit guild because some of my closer friends ended up transferring servers as TBC was about to come out), core raider, played as dps; Lord of the Horde (most of the raid leaders quit and guild disbanded), core raider as dps.

It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday and Wednesday, during progression we will raid Sunday and/or Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated, if you can’t make these times please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying): I can make every Tuesday and Wednesday and if you raid Mondays, I can make that. Sundays will be hit or miss for me as I work out of town and travel to get there (sometimes I go down on sundays so I don't have to wake up early and drive Monday morning, and also sometimes I stay the weekend to relax).

If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there? To be honest, Spencer messaged me ingame and said that you guys were recruiting and that you didn't have any fury warriors. I knew that you were progressed fairly well and so I'm applying. Also, based on what I've read and discovered based on the website, yall seem like you would be pretty fun to hang around with and play some WoW in the process.
