I really don't know where to start.

-You're not geared enough for the progression raiding we're doing at this time.
-You have no raiding history or parses for us to think that it would be worth the time gearing you.

I normally wouldn't rip on someones ui, but yours looks like it was made in all of 30 seconds, and the reason I bring that it up is it appears like you have no drive to maximize your raiding experiance whatsoever.
-You killed Nef normal for the first time three hours ago.

It's not that there's many things wrong with your app aside from inexperiance and being udnergeared, but you give us no reason to overlook that. Feel free to join as a friend or w/e and do an alt run to prove yourself, but for now I say there's no use wasting the main raids time until we have some indication that he can perform well.

Huge monitor so no, recount really isn't that big nor is grid. Also my binds are hidden.

it looks like you took grid as is and just moved it 2 inches to the left of where it starts? i mean who leaves that much space and the tab up?

why is his grid an issue at all? when i used grid i DID pretty much take the layout as is and move it 2 inches to the left (also i configured the indicators to display the auras i want, which would not be obvious in a noncombat screenshot).

i guess, to please the critics, you ought to take a screenshot in a raid combat, or at least dungeon combat situation (which is probably something that should be written into the app template "SCREENSHOT OF RAID LAYOUT PLZ WITH YOUR RAID DOODADS SHOWING")

wrt to the app in general, i don't think there's a lot that can be gleamed from your character sheets other than questions. what have you been raiding on? is it with a set group? or pugs? why is your gear/progression relatively behind? is it you or the people you raid with or that you haven't been raiding? where are the parses? can you explain in the parses why you were high/low/dead? why should wlph take you to raids?

these aren't supposed to be piercingly offensive questions attacking you (although wlph enjoys attacking each other), but rather genuine questions you ought to try to answer since your character sheets don't obviously scream "TAKE ME I AM HIGHLY PROGRESSED AND OBVIOUSLY GOOD FOR YOUR PROGRESSION". your answers could be something as simple as, for example, "the people i raid with don't show up and we were stuck at bosses abc because xyz, you should take me because i'm not a complete a complete idiot and you need an ele". but if you don't say anything at all, and your character sheets don't say anything at all, then it's not obvious why you should be taken to raids over any of the other 5 casual part timers that randomly show up from time to time
