At the beginning of Cataclysm I was in a guild called BosseS NoT ExcuseS on Kael'Thas as a holy paladin, we were 10/12 normal. then transferred to Scilla and joined Power Word Friendship and when firelands came out we were 8/13 hardmode. Currently I am still in Power Word Friendship as a holy paladin, we are 7/7 normal firelands. The reason I am looking for another raid group to possibly join is that we do not raid often and people are beginning to get upset. 8. I like the humor this guild has, along with the progression it shows and that it raids consistently.

For what it's worth I approve of this app and if and when I come back I'd expect a fucking showdown with Alyse and Scooped for who gets the raid spot(s).

I'd still like to see more DLs from you. Also, on Ryolith at least, I'm doing like quadruple the amount of HR healing you are. It's very important to be near the group and HRing for each Stomp (I start it up a second or so early when he emotes). You're good about building up and using your Holy Power (something I tend to slack on), but you're using it mostly on WoG instead of LoD. This is probably just a 10 man habit that you'll need to break. Ryolith especially is an AoE heavy fight where most of the range spend a good deal of the fight close together. It's a perfect LoD situation.

You casted something like 140 FoLs over the course of our 16 Ryolith attempts on our kill night. This number should be in the single digits - or even zero on a fight like this. Instant Cast FoLs have their place when you get a lucky proc at a time when you need to move a long distance, but Ryolith isn't a mobility fight at all. Even if it was, I would expect to see less than a dozen of these. FoL costs too much and gives too little. For an additional 3% mana and a little longer cast time, you can get 3x the amount healed out of DL.

Our paladin’s HR and LoD numbers have always been disproportional and needs to be remedied, paladins are either using it at the wrong time, in the wrong place, without cooldowns, and/or something else faulty.

FoL is a useful alternative during an encounter in which mana is abundant. FoL is the paladin's highest single target HPS heal.

For an additional 3% mana and a little longer cast time, you can get 3x the amount healed out of DL.

Actually Divine Light heals by 1.35x to 1.4x more than Flash of Light, not 3x the amount. A paladin can cast Flash of Light approximately 40% as frequently as well. The only dilemma with FoL is that it's expensive and is the paladin’s worst HPM heal.
