This is what happens when people quit and we can't find replacements for them.

But, wouldn't a guild transfer to a new server result in the guild-hoppers like Führerly, Plunger, Oshiswineflu, etc. to leave for any of the several more progressed guilds on that server?

I used to play horde on tich, the people were consistently saying "tichondrius is not for you" in trade 24/7, and trade chat was like our guild chat. tons of people on an old ass server... was laggy when raiding as well... but that was back in BC
