Here's a try-hard analysis of that log!

I calculated the individual effective D/HPS averages from only the 15 or 16 DPS and 7 or 8 healers so it's accurate. I also cut the last 30 or so seconds out of our kill as it's just people dying and throwing off DTPS and resonating crystal damage.

Them:

Our average damage's effective DPS: 21108
Raid HPS: 123919 with 8 healers
Our average healer's effective HPS: 15019

Looks like we either need gear or need to step it up as they took nearly identical damage compared to us but they just have 80k more DPS and 15k more HPS with one less healer. I've found a few things we can do to improve healing from looking at logs already and this Little Rascals log just confirms my suspicions.
