This guild has never had any "real" officers. I think that's a downside for us. But it's Abe's guild and that's how he wants things run.

I've never given much worry to filling raids. That's not part of the responsibility I've ever felt the need to manage. Because, despite being at it for like six years, my understanding of classes I haven't played is minimal at best. On top of that, others have always stepped up to that plate well enough.

And, lastly, I don't need recognition. I just get testy when some asshat tries to imply that I've never done anything.

The negativity of the raid is spearheaded by your unpleasant attitude and has, I'll admit, caused me to asign WoW a more secondary importance than it has in a long time. When I think about rushing home from work or ending a night out early to come and listen to a bunch of contention and negativity - it's just not worth it anymore. Nonetheless, I was there for the last two raids and available for most of every other one. I was a bit late on more than one occasion during the holidays, but I don't really feel like I should be apologizing for that.

We have officers they just don't need to be labeled so as they step up to the plate regardless of their rank. If somebody has something constructive to contribute then by all means they should, who cares what their rank is or who they may upset.

People exaggerate how negative Myndor is, I think they don't clearly hear everything he is saying and assume he's always being negative.
