I don't care if you tell everybody to transfer just you be the one who keeps them informed and tell them why they aren't getting invited and tell them if they suck and demote them and all that jazz. If we get lucky with one out of every ten transfers being a good raider then I'm satisfied but I don't want to be the one to deal with the other nine. :roll:

Jack, why exactly should it be one person's job to do fucking everything? Do we not have a raid leader capable of looking at the Trial By Fire Ranks and inviting them when forming a raid? Do we not have DPS capable of looking at Recount and speaking up when someone's getting beat by Tanks?

You're saying that one person has to take up responsibility for A to Z. And if no one wants to do that...? We should, what, just never recruit?

I find it more than a little frustrating that I decided to do something for the benefit of the guild, posted my plan and my reasoning and then get berated for it two months after the fact. Does this seem logical?

Trials are trials. It's a given that if you transfer and suck, we're not going to keep you out of pity. If you guys have a problem with an app, I fail to see why requesting that you post your opposition is some kind of lunatic idea.

We only need a lock, shadow priest, or shaman currently and we haven't had any of those app since Splerks two months ago. I'll put a demand sticky back up since our wowprogress recruitment demand is accurate and up to date.
